If you are new to Golden Spine Chiropractic, Start here with the new patient visit. This visit will include a consultation with Dr. Alex, a physical examination, a chiropractic adjustment and soft tissue therapy as needed. An Intake Form will be emailed to you after signing up, please check your email and fill out this form prior to your appointment.
